PREPARATION OF THE ASSESSMENT REPORT. The Assessment Committee is expected to meet with the individual involved and prepare a final report as required by the State Contract. This report will be submitted to the individual, the department chairperson, ▇▇▇▇ and the President or his or her designee by February 22. The individual may submit a written response to the report to the President due by March 1.
