Common use of Preparatory Work Clause in Contracts

Preparatory Work. Prior to the commencement of the Services at the job site, Supplier shall fully inspect the job site, in particular foundations, ground and subsurface conditions, connections, possible impediments, etc. and shall promptly notify Solar in writing of any objection. Supplier shall not be entitled to assert claims on the grounds of unknown job site conditions following commencement of the Contract.
