Preparing of Orders. 2.1 The Partner ensures that the Goods are prepared, handled and stored in accordance with all requirements arising from applicable law at all times up to and including the time of delivery of the ordered Goods to the Client or handing-over Goods directly to a Client in case of a Client self pick-up service.
