Prepayment of Basic Rent. The Sublessee may at any time prepay all or any part of the Basic Rent provided for hereunder. During such times as the amount held by the Trustee in the Bond Fund shall be sufficient to pay, at the time required, the principal of and interest on all the Bonds then remaining unpaid, the Sublessee shall not be obligated to make payments of Basic Rent under the provisions of the Original Sublease or this Eighth Supplemental Sublease Agreement.
