Common use of Prepayment; termination of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s 's Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.2, the relevant Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.223.2 (Notification of illegality), the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 (Illegality) as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 88 (Repayment and Prepayment).

On the Facility Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.224.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 24.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8, without penalty, premium or breakage costs.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s 's Commitment shall terminatebe immediately cancelled; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution on the last day of the then current Interest Period in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s Available Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on terminate by no later than the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Facility Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in on the last day of the then current Interest Period accordance with Clause 8.

On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s 's Commitment shall terminatebe immediately cancelled; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution on the last day of the then current Interest Period in accordance with Clause 8Clauses 8.10 and 8.11(a).

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.223.2 (Notification of illegality), the Notifying Lender’s Lenders’ Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as (Illegality)as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution Loan in full in accordance with Clause 88 (Repayment and Prepayment).

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.224.2, the Notifying Lender▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender▇▇▇▇▇▇’s notice under Clause 23.1 24.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8accrued interest, but without penalty, premium or breakage cost.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 88 (other than Clause 8.8).

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent Lender notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.222.1, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 22.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution Loan in accordance with Clause 87.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.223.2 (Notification of illegality), the Notifying Lender’s 's Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 (Illegality) as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution in accordance with Clause 88 (Repayment and Prepayment).

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s 's Commitment shall terminateterminate (with such termination to be applied against the Acquisition Facility and the Working Capital Facility pro rata to their respective amounts); and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.224.2, the Notifying Lender’s 's Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 24.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution in accordance with Clause 8, without penalty, premium or breakage costs.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s L▇▇▇▇▇'s Commitment shall terminatebe immediately cancelled; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution on the last day of the then current Interest Period in accordance with Clause 8Clauses 8.11 and 8.12.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.219.2, the Notifying Lender▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 19.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective effective, which should be not earlier than the Borrower latest date permitted by law, the Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s L▇▇▇▇▇'s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s L▇▇▇▇▇'s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.224.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 24.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.223.2 (Notification of illegality), the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 (Illegality) as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 88 (Repayment and Prepayment and Cancellation).

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.224.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 24.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 89 (other than Clause 9.6).

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.225.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 25.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 88 and procure the release of the Guarantee Obligations.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminateterminate (with such termination to be applied against the Acquisition Facility and the Working Capital Facility pro rata to their respective amounts); and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.222.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s notice under Clause 23.1 22.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8.

On the Agent notifying the Borrower under Clause 23.224.2, the Notifying Lender’s Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender▇▇▇▇▇▇’s notice under Clause 23.1 24.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution in accordance with Clause 8accrued interest, but without penalty, premium or breakage cost.

On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.223.2 (Notification of Illegality), the Notifying Lender’s 's Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s L▇▇▇▇▇'s notice under Clause 23.1 (Illegality) as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s L▇▇▇▇▇'s Contribution in full in accordance with Clause 88 (Repayment and Prepayment).

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Commitment shall terminatebe immediately cancelled; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s 's Contribution on the last day of the then current Interest Period in accordance with Clause 8.

Prepayment; termination of Commitment. On the Agent notifying the Borrower Borrowers under Clause 23.2, the Notifying Lender’s Lenders' Commitment shall terminate; and thereupon or, if later, on the date specified in the Notifying Lender’s 's notice under Clause 23.1 as the date on which the notified event would become effective the Borrower Borrowers shall prepay the Notifying Lender’s Contribution Loan in accordance with Clause 8.
