Preprovisioning Meeting. 2.3.1 The Seller will organize a meeting at its Material Support Center in Hamburg, Germany ("MSC"), to formulate an acceptable schedule and working procedure to accomplish the Initial Provisioning of Material (the "Preprovisioning Meeting"). 2.3.2 The date and location of the Preprovisioning Meeting will be mutually agreed upon.
