The Seller will organize a meeting (i) at the Airbus spares center in Hamburg, Germany (“ASC”), or (ii) at AACS, or (iii) at a place to be mutually agreed, in order to formulate an acceptable schedule and working procedure to accomplish the Initial Provisioning of Material (the “Preprovisioning Meeting”).
