Common use of Preprovisioning Meeting Clause in Contracts

Preprovisioning Meeting. 2.3.1 The Seller will organize a meeting (i) at the Manufacturer’s spares center in Hamburg, Germany (“MSC”), (ii) at ANACS or (iii) at a place to be mutually agreed, in order to formulate an acceptable schedule and working procedure to accomplish the Initial Provisioning of Material (the “Preprovisioning Meeting”). 2.3.2 The date of the Preprovisioning Meeting will be mutually agreed upon, but it will take place no earlier than ** after the Agreement will have taken effect and no later than ** before delivery of the first Aircraft.
