Prerelease Version. We may designate the Services or Software, or a feature of the Services or Software, as a prerelease or beta version (“Prerelease Version”). A Prerelease Version does not represent the final product and may contain bugs that may cause system or other failure and data loss. We may choose not to commercially release the Prerelease Version. You must promptly cease using the Prerelease Version and destroy all copies of Prerelease Version if we request you to do so, or if we release a commercial version of the Prerelease Version. Any separate agreement we enter into with you governing the Prerelease Version will supersede these provisions.
