Prerequisite. 1.1 In order to maintain the brand value of “Bai Shui Du Kang” and respect the historical tradition, all activity in production which are carried out by Party B through taking use of the leased assets of Party A must be carried out in Bai Shui County, Shaanxi Province without any change. 1.2 After the lease of asset of Party A, Party B will still process tax registration and fulfill the obligation of tax payment according to law in Bai Shui County.
