Present Conditions to Continue. (a) It is mutually agreed that all concessions and privileges enjoyed by the employees, prior to the signing of this Agreement, insofar as they are not inconsistent with this Agreement, shall remain in effect. (b) No employee shall suffer any reduction in wages through the signing of this Agreement.
