Each Insured Entity authorizes Manager to employ independent insurance adjusters and other independent contractors as may be reasonably necessary or required by the terms of the applicable insurance policy to effect loss recovery. To the extent the cost thereof is not paid by the insurers, such cost shall be borne as set forth in Section 3.1 below.
