Presentation of Programs and Budgets. Except for the Initial Program and Budget, which shall be adopted as provided in Section 10.1, the Manager shall (i) prepare proposed Programs and Budgets covering a period of one (1) year or any other period approved by the Management Committee and (ii) submit the same to the Management Committee for consideration. Proposed Programs and Budgets may include Exploration, Pre-Feasibility Studies, Feasibility Studies, Development, Mining and Expansion or Modification Operations components, or any combination thereof, and shall be reviewed by and adopted upon a vote of the Management Committee in accordance with Article VIII and Section
