Common use of Presentation of Programs and Budgets Clause in Contracts

Presentation of Programs and Budgets. Proposed Programs and Budgets shall be prepared by the Manager for a period of 1 year or any other period as approved by the Management Committee, and shall be submitted to the Management Committee for review and consideration. All proposed Programs and Budgets may include Permitting, Exploration, feasibility study, Development, Mining and Expansion or Modification Operations components, or any combination thereof, and shall be reviewed and adopted upon a vote of the Management Committee in accordance with Section 9.3. Each Program and Budget adopted by the Management Committee, regardless of length, shall be reviewed at least once a year at a meeting of the Management Committee. During the period encompassed by any Program and Budget, and at least 3 months prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding period shall be prepared by the Manager and submitted to the Management Committee for review and consideration.

During the period encompassed by any Program and Budget, and at least 3 months forty-five (45) days prior to its expiration, a proposed Program and Budget for the succeeding period shall be prepared by the Manager and submitted to the Management Committee for review and consideration.
