Presentations and Publications. I acknowledge that I am required to obtain the written consent of an officer of Employer in advance of presentation or publication of any speech, paper or article authored by me, either alone with others, which in ny way refers to my employment with Parent or relates to any Confidential Information or Proprietary Rights, unless such presentation or publication was at the direction or request of Parent and Parent consented to its contents.
