Common use of Presentations to the Commission Clause in Contracts

Presentations to the Commission. At the request of the Commission, the Actuary must provide a senior actuary to make an in-person presentation to the Commission describing the Actuary’s work on any of the Services. The senior actuary must be one of the individuals listed in Exhibit C. Presentations must conform to the requirements in section 3.1. In-person presentations are made at a public meeting of the Commission.
