Common use of Preservation of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Obligations. In the event that we or any one of us or the Customer is a legal entity, whether incorporated or unincorporated, or any type of organization or entity constituting an affiliation of entities, our obligations hereunder shall not be derogated from by reason of any change in our name, constitution or composition or in that of the Customer.
