Common use of Preservation of Relationships Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Relationships. Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve for Buyer its good relations with, customers, suppliers, and others having business relationships with it in connection with the Purchased Business; provided, however, that nothing herein shall require Buyer to hire any Staff or to conduct or continue any business with any customer, supplier, or third party.

Preservation of Relationships.
