Pressures at Delivery Points Sample Clauses
The 'Pressures at Delivery Points' clause defines the required gas pressure levels that must be maintained at the locations where gas is transferred from one party to another. It typically specifies minimum and/or maximum allowable pressures at these delivery points to ensure compatibility with the receiving party’s equipment and pipeline system. For example, the clause may require that gas be delivered at a pressure sufficient to enter the buyer’s pipeline without additional compression. This clause ensures operational safety and efficiency by preventing delivery issues caused by pressure mismatches, thereby reducing the risk of equipment damage or supply interruptions.
Pressures at Delivery Points. All System Compressor Stations (a) shall be designed for a suction pressure of from one hundred (100) psig to one hundred forty (140) psig and (b) shall be designed for and shall be operated at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery to the relevant Downstream Pipeline or Processing Plant.
Pressures at Delivery Points. The Gathering System shall be designed for and shall be operated at a pressure sufficient to effect delivery to the relevant Downstream Pipeline.
Pressures at Delivery Points. The Gathering System shall be designed for and shall be operated by Gatherer at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery of all of Shipper’s Dedicated Crude Oil to the Delivery Point(s).
Pressures at Delivery Points. Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered Freshwater to each Delivery Point on the Freshwater System at sufficient pressure for such Freshwater to flow into Producer’s atmospheric tanks at or near the CDPs. Seller shall operate its Measurement Facilities and the Delivery Points on the Freshwater System at a pressure that allows Producer to receive Freshwater directly into such atmospheric tanks without additional pumps.
Pressures at Delivery Points. The Gathering System shall be designed for a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery of Producer’s Gas to the relevant Delivery Point. [***]
Pressures at Delivery Points. [Omitted].
Pressures at Delivery Points. The Gathering System and the Processing Plant shall be designed for and shall be operated at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery of Shipper’s Gas to the relevant Residue Delivery Point and NGL Delivery Point as Firm Capacity Gas. It is understood by the Parties that Gatherer will use reasonable efforts to maintain pressure to allow delivery into the Upstream Delivery Points upstream of the Processing Plant. Gatherer shall not be liable for any delivery failures into any Downstream Pipelines caused by such Downstream Pipeline’s failure or refusal to accept Residue Gas or NGLs, as applicable, in each case except to the extent caused by Gatherer’s breach of its obligations under this Agreement, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Pressures at Delivery Points. Gatherer will deliver Gas to Shipper or Shipper’s designee at the Delivery Point(s) under the conditions and provisions set forth in Section 11 of an Individual Transaction Sheet(s).
