Prevailing Provisions. 4.1 In the event there is a conflict between or amongst the clauses in this Agreement and the Schedules and/or Appendices, the documents shall take precedence according to the following order: (1) the clauses in this Agreement; (2) the clauses in the Registration Form; (3) Appendix 1 (Rules and Regulations); and (4) the Schedules. 4.2 The Privilege Pass Holder acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall be entitled at any time to make, issue, modify, amend or vary the Rules and Regulations without the consent of the Privilege Pass Holder and the Privilege Pass Holder agrees to fully comply with any such revisions.
