Common use of Prevailing Section Clause in Contracts

Prevailing Section. To the extent that any provision of this Section 16 (Health, Life and Dental Care) is inconsistent with any provision of any other County enactment or policy, including but not limited to Administrative Bulletins, the Salary Regulations, the Personnel Management Regulations, or any other agreement or order of the Board of Supervisors, the provision(s) of this Section 16 (Health, Life and Dental Care) will prevail.
