Prevalence. To the extent the Statement of Work is inconsistent with the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the terms of the Statement of Work will prevail. To the extent any special conditions are inconsistent with the terms of these Terms or Conditions a Statement of Work, the special conditions will prevail.
