Common use of Prevent Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Prevent Disclosure. During and for a period of two years after Executive’s Employment or engagement by the Company, except as provided in Section 5.3(a), Executive shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent disclosure of the Confidential Information to unauthorized persons or entities, other than is required to be disclosed by law or by any court, administrative agency, or arbitration panel.
