Prevent Misuse Of Services Or Information. Client shall only request reports for one-time use and for the permissible purpose(s) identified in this Agreement. Client agrees to take appropriate measures to protect against the misuse and/or unauthorized access of reports. Client agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Associates, LLC may temporarily suspend Client’s access pending an investigation of Client’s use or access. Client agrees to cooperate fully with any and all investigations. If any misuse or unauthorized access is found, ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Associates, LLC, may immediately terminate this Agreement. Client is solely responsible for any misuse of services or information by its employees and/or agents.
