PREVENTION OF BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION. 37.1 The Supplier will not commit any Prohibited Act. 37.2 The Buyer and CCS will be entitled to recover in full from the Supplier and the Supplier will, on demand, compensate CCS and/or the Buyer in full from and against: ● the amount of value of any such gift, consideration or commission; and ● any other loss sustained by CCS and/or the Buyer in consequence of any breach of this Clause
