Preventive and Routine Maintenance. The Prime Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance as required by the equipment manufacturer and as necessary to maintain the CTS service. Preventive maintenance shall be provided on a schedule which is mutually acceptable to the CDCR Operations Manager and the Prime Contractor. The Contractor will coordinate its service schedule in advance with the CDCR Operations Manager or designee. The CTS equipment shall not require on-site routine and preventative maintenance more than once per month for any site. CTS software must be kept up to date as required to satisfy the manufacturer’s recommended update intervals and will be the sole responsibility of the Prime Contractor.
Preventive and Routine Maintenance. Where I-Net and subscriber network fiber optic sheaths or coaxial cable are bundled together, the Franchisee shall perform routine and preventive maintenance on I-Net plant in the same time and in the same fashion as routine and preventive maintenance are performed for the subscriber network, without charge to the County or other Users. In the course of performing routine and preventive maintenance, the Franchisee shall use its best efforts to identify potential trouble conditions warranting repair or replacement of I-Net plant not bundled together with subscriber network plant. The Franchisee shall as promptly as practicable report potential trouble conditions to the County, but where the County is responsible for the cost of maintenance, the Franchisee shall not replace or repair I-Net plant having only potential problems unless and until it has received a notice to proceed from the County.
Preventive and Routine Maintenance. Included in the overall, per intersection, maintenance cost, Contractor shall provide a program of continuing comprehensive preventive and routine maintenance designed to reduce the incidence of potential malfunctions and extend the useful life of the traffic signals and their associated appurtenances. The program shall include periodic inspection, testing, record keeping, cleaning, repair and replacement of all equipment, including video detection and CCTV cameras. The Contractor agrees:

Related to Preventive and Routine Maintenance

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Preventative Maintenance Standards of applicable Professional Governing Body. Anesthesia and surgical equipment maintenance standards as per manufacturer specifications and guidelines, subject to review and acceptance by AHS.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated. 16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum. 16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.
