Common use of Previous Announcements Clause in Contracts

Previous Announcements. All statements of fact contained in all announcements and circulars to shareholders made by or on behalf of the Company pursuant to the Listing Rules since 31 December 2003 to the date of this Agreement, except any announcement relating to the financial results of the Group (including without limitation any interim or financial results announcement), ("Previous Announcements") were true and accurate in all material respects as at the respective dates of such Previous Announcements and not misleading in any material respect. All expressions of opinion or intention contained in the Previous Announcements were made on reasonable grounds and were truly and honestly held by the directors of the Company and there were no other facts known to the directors of the Company the omission of which would make any such statement or expression in any of the Previous Announcements misleading in any material respect in the context in which the Previous Announcements were made and as at the respective dates of such Previous Announcements.
