PREVIOUS COMMUNICATIONS. This Contract contains the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties, their agents, and employees as to the subject matter of this contract, and merges and supersedes all prior agreements, commitments, representations, and discussions between the Parties. No Party shall be bound to any other obligations, conditions, or representations with respect to the subject matter of this Contract.
