Price Differential Payment Due Dates. Price Differential on each Open Transaction accrued and unpaid to the end of each month before the Termination Date shall be due and payable five (5) Business Days after the end of each month, whether or not such Transaction is still an Open Transaction on such payment due date; provided that (a) all accrued and unpaid Price Differential on all Transactions shall be due on the Termination Date, and (b) all Pricing Differential calculated at the Default Pricing Rate shall be due on demand.
