PRICE SCHEDULE AND PART NUMBERS Clause Samples

The "PRICE SCHEDULE AND PART NUMBERS" clause defines how the prices for goods or services and their corresponding identification numbers are established and referenced in the contract. Typically, this clause specifies that all items to be supplied are listed with their unique part numbers and associated prices, often in an attached schedule or appendix. This ensures both parties have a clear, unambiguous reference for what is being purchased and at what cost, reducing the risk of confusion or disputes over product specifications or pricing during the contract term.
