Pricelist Format Clause Samples
The Pricelist Format clause defines the required structure and presentation of pricing information provided by one party to another, typically in a commercial agreement. It specifies how prices should be itemized, categorized, and documented, such as requiring breakdowns by product, service, or unit, and may mandate the inclusion of specific details like currency, taxes, or effective dates. By standardizing the way pricing data is communicated, this clause ensures clarity, facilitates accurate comparisons, and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes over costs.
Pricelist Format. Contractor is required to submit Contract pricelist updates electronically in an unprotected Microsoft Excel (2010 or lower version) spreadsheet either on CD or via e-mail to the OGS NYSPro contract administrator. The pricelist must be dated and the format shall be consistent with the format of the Contractor’s approved Contract pricelist. The pricelist shall separately include and identify (e.g., by use of separate worksheets or by using highlighting, italics, bold and/or color fonts):
1. Price increases;
2. Price decreases;
3. Products being added; and
4. Products being deleted.

A. Price increases;
B. Price decreases;
C. Products being added; and
D. Products being deleted.
