Prices for Products. The first sentence of Section 5.3 of the Agreement shall be amended in its entirety as follows: “Supplier may issue an invoice as soon as the time of Product shipment from Supplier’s relevant facility. Customer shall pay such invoice no later than the thirty (30) calendar days from the date of shipment from Supplier’s relevant facility or the date of invoice (which ever is later) and Customer shall receive a discount of [ * ] of the Product price for payments before the due date.”
