Common use of Pricing and Fees Clause in Contracts

Pricing and Fees. You agree to pay CoinBurp all fees described in the Trading Rules or otherwise posted on the Site, as may be updated by CoinBurp at CoinBurp’s discretion from time to time. Any updates to fees will apply prospectively to any Trades or other transactions that take place following the effective date of such updates. You authorise CoinBurp to remove Funds from your CoinBurp Account for any applicable fees owed by you under these Terms. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by third parties in connection with your use of the Services, including without limitation fees charged by financial institutions in connection with your transfer of Legal Tender to or from an External Account.
