Pricing and Fees. All fees, charges and expenses relating to the performance of the Services are set forth on Attachment A to this Agreement. Except as provided in Section 3.2, no fees, charges or expenses relating to the performance of the Services shall begin accruing until after the Services Commencement Date. The parties agree that pro-rata billing for the Services shall begin on the Services Commencement Date.
