Pricing and Terms. The prices, terms and conditions for Services in the MP Areas shall be (i) no less favorable in any respect than the prices, terms and conditions for the Services or substantially similar Services offered by or on behalf of MP through any Additional MP Channel (other than non-permanent special offers offered through Additional MP Channels other than www.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇at cannot be reasonably duplicated for ICQ Users) and (ii) in the aggregate generally competitive with similarly situated Section 3.5 Entities in the same market space.
