Common use of Pricing Effective from Fifth Amendment Commencement Date through December 2008 Clause in Contracts

Pricing Effective from Fifth Amendment Commencement Date through December 2008. Except as expressly set forth in Section 1.14 below, the rates and charges set forth in Section 1 below only apply to PCS Service and Roaming usage that takes place during the time period commencing with the Fifth Amendment Commencement Date through the end of the final December 2008 ▇▇▇▇ cycle. For clarification purposes, the rates and charges set forth in Section 1 below will also apply to any ▇▇▇▇ cycle that commences during December 2008 even if a portion of the PCS Service and Roaming usage for such ▇▇▇▇ cycle takes place during January 2009.
