Cogent’s pricing model is both flexible and auditable, offering straightforward, competitive rates while ensuring that Equalis Group members can easily verify compliance through transparent billing practices and comprehensive documentation. Our pricing model is designed to be transparent, competitive, and flexible, ensuring that our clients receive the best value for the IT services we provide. All pricing is outlined clearly in the Master Agreement and associated contracts, and we maintain detailed records of the rates, pricing adjustments, and billing calculations. Equalis Group members can request access to this information at any time, and we will provide clear documentation to support any invoices or charges. Additionally, we are committed to adhering to the "Not-to-Exceed" pricing principles specified in the Master Agreement, ensuring that the agreed-upon prices do not exceed the rates outlined in our proposal, unless mutually agreed upon adjustments are made and properly documented. Cogent offers both Fixed Price Kyndryl utilizes for most products discounted MSRP List pricing for direct public cloud offerings as a reseller. List pricing often changes for public cloud offerings as providers change their offering price structure frequently. Using MSRP with a discount is the best way that we can show savings to a Member while presenting the number of solution offerings - Member pricing shall not exceed discounted MSRP or other offered discounts. Kyndryl is offering discounts of between 5 and Time 7% depending on product selected. In addition to the Public Cloud reseller discount pricing that we are proposing, Kyndryl provide Managed Services which require collaboration with our customer to develop the detailed solution requirements and Materials appropriate volumes of service elements. These specialized offerings are discounted even higher than 7% (T&Mup to 22%) pricing models to accommodate a variety of project needs.
