Pricing Schedules. A “Pricing Schedule” means a pricing schedule (including related attachments) or other document that is attached to or is later executed by the parties and references this Master Agreement. A Pricing Schedule includes the Services, the pricing (including discounts and commitments, if applicable) and the pricing schedule term (“Pricing Schedule Term”).

Pricing Schedules. The Parties agree to delete the schedule entitled “Section 271-Interim Rates Per the Missouri’s PSC’s July 11, 2005 Arbitration Order” in its entirety. In addition, the Parties agree that the reference to the header “Interconnection Dedicated Transport Entrance Facilities” in the “Schedule of Prices-Missouri” is deemed to be replaced with the header “Interconnection Facility (CLEC to AT&T Missouri)” for DS1 and DS3 Interconnection Facilities.

Pricing Schedules. The following schedules set forth the prices at which Contractor will be compensated for rendering the Services under the Agreement. A general description of these charges and the methods of billing therefor are set forth in Section 6 of the Agreement. See Agreement for other applicable charges. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary: (a) all amounts chargeable, payable, or to be credited under the Agreement, including, for greater certainty and without limitation, amounts listed in Exhibit E, Exhibit G and amounts under or pursuant to any Statement of Work and any Performance Credits, shall be in Canadian dollars; and (b) all amounts described in subparagraph (a) immediately above, excluding the amount set forth in Sections 20.1(iv) (which amount shall continue to be denominated in US dollars) and 20.4(iv) (which amount shall continue to be denominated in Canadian dollars as set forth below), will be adjusted as follows:

In addition, the Parties agree to delete the “Schedule of Prices- Missouri” in its entirety and replace with the “Revised Schedule of Prices-Missouri” attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Pricing Schedules. The Pricing Schedules shall contain the pricing (including discounts and commitments, if applicable) and Pricing Schedule Term for each Service, the forms of which are attached as a sub-Exhibit of Exhibit A hereto (each, a “Pricing Schedule” and collectively, the “Pricing Schedules”). Each Pricing Schedule shall also include the terms and conditions of the obligation of AT&T to report Net Sales and pay Administrative Fees (as defined in the Pricing Schedule) as well as any relevant volume commitment or Minimum Annual Revenue Commitment (MARC) by LOC. LOC hereby approves the form of Pricing Schedule(s) attached as sub-Exhibit(s) of Exhibit A hereto, which form may not be revised without an amendment. A form of Participation Agreement (as defined below) will be Executed by each Participating Agency and will incorporate the Specific Pricing Schedule(s) selected by the Participating Agency. Pricing Schedules. Unless specified otherwise, reference herein to a Pricing Schedule will include the accompanying Services Attachments, and any exhibits, appendices and/or schedules in connection therewith. Each Pricing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ executed hereunder by Subscriber is an independent contract between the S&P Entity entering into such Pricing Schedule and Subscriber. Where a Pricing Schedule contains modifications to this Agreement, such modifications shall not modify this Agreement with respect to any other Pricing Schedule.

Pricing Schedules. Product prices for each Program are contained in each Program Agreement. The pricing schedules applicable to a specific Program of Participating Agency may not be interchanged among programs. All prices are exclusive of taxes, fees and duties.

Pricing Schedules. Effective on the Amendment Effective Date, Exhibit E (Pricing Schedules) of the Master Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as set forth in Attachment 1 hereunder. Such amendment and restatement shall include, among other changes reflected therein, the identification of two separate schedules of prices per TN Porting Event in the Customer’s Service Area. “
