Common use of Primary and Non-Contributing Clause in Contracts

Primary and Non-Contributing. The insurance policies required under this Agreement must apply on a primary non-contributing basis in relation to any other insurance or self-insurance available to EBCE. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by EBCE, its officers, employees, agents or volunteers, will be in excess of Consultant’s insurance and will not contribute with it.
