  • Independent Entity 19.14.1 The TSP shall be an independent entity performing its obligations pursuant to the Agreement. 19.14.2 Subject to the provisions of the Agreement, the TSP shall be solely responsible for the manner in which its obligations under this Agreement are to be performed.
