Primary Notices. Any notice, notification, request, demand or determination provided by a Party under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered in hard copy using one of the following methods and shall be deemed delivered upon receipt: (i) by hand, (ii) by an express courier with a reliable system for tracking delivery or (iii) by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid.
