Primary Obligations Clause Samples

The 'Primary Obligations' clause defines the main duties and responsibilities that each party must fulfill under the agreement. Typically, this section outlines the essential actions, deliverables, or services that are expected, such as payment terms, delivery of goods, or performance of specific tasks. By clearly specifying these core commitments, the clause ensures that both parties understand their fundamental roles and helps prevent disputes by setting clear expectations for contract performance.
