Primary Point of Contact. a) The Primary Point of Contact shall be responsible for handling all issues and questions regarding the Services provided, including, but not limited to, training options, training materials, workshop content, pricing, and invoice discrepancies and issues. b) The Primary Point of Contact shall ensure the completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract’s requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all Work. c) The Primary Point of Contact shall oversee all other personnel and ensure proper staffing levels throughout the term of the Contract.
