Primary Purpose. The primary purpose of this Agreement is to secure for the Practice the systems infrastructure and the administrative and management services necessary to permit the Radiologists who provide services on behalf of the Practice to devote their efforts on a concentrated and continuous basis to the rendering of professional teleradiology services.
