Primary Purpose. The primary purpose of this Article 1 is to secure for the Practice the systems infrastructure and the administrative and management services necessary to permit the radiologists who are members, employees, or independent contractors of the Practice (the “Radiologists”) to devote their efforts on a concentrated and continuous basis to the rendering of professional teleradiology services.
