Common use of Primary Purpose Clause in Contracts

Primary Purpose. It is agreed that the primary purpose of this Agreement is the provision of Services, and that the provision of any equipment or goods hereunder is incidental to the provision of Services. The Parties agree that the U.C.C. is not applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
