PRIMARY TECHNICAL CONTACT(S). DI reserves the right to only provide Maintenance and Support Services for up to three (3) individuals employed or subcontracted by the Customer who have been identified and trained as the Primary Technical Contacts of the Software. Customer shall identify its designated Primary Technical Contacts in the Notice and Contact Information Schedule for the specific Software license type.
