Common use of Prime Contract Clause in Contracts

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Franklin Global Investment Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Franklin Large Cap Equity Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each the investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Franklin Global Investment Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Franklin Global Balanced Listed Infrastructure Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Income Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Emerging Markets Bond Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each the investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Income Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Templeton Constrained Bond Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each the investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Templeton Dynamic Equity Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each the investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Trust Franklin Fund Allocator Series (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Franklin Global Balanced Allocation Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each the investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Foreign Smaller Companies Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each the investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Templeton Frontier Markets Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).

This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Trust Institutional Funds (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) Equity Series (the “Fund”).

Prime Contract. This Subcontract is made in order to assist the Investment Manager in fulfilling certain of the Investment Manager’s obligations under each the investment management and investment advisory agreement (“IM Agreement”) between the Investment Manager and Templeton Global Investment Franklin T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International Trust (the “Trust”), for itself or on behalf of its series, Franklin T▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Global Balanced Allocation Fund (formerly, Templeton Income Fund) (the “Fund”).
