Common use of Prime Contract Clause in Contracts

Prime Contract. Subcontractor, and its subcontractors and material/equipment suppliers, are bound by the Prime Contract between SDV Construction, Inc. and, (available for review at SDV Construction, Inc. (▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. NE, Bldg B, Albuquerque, NM 87107), and any contract documents incorporated therein insofar as the same relate in any way, directly or indirectly, to the work covered by this Agreement (hereinafter, the “Work”).
