Common use of Principal Customers and Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Principal Customers and Suppliers. (a) The name and address of each customer that purchased in excess of 5% of the Company's sales of goods or services during the twelve months ended on the Balance Sheet Date will be made available to Buyer pursuant to Section 8.04 hereof, and since that date no such customer has terminated its relationship with or adversely curtailed its purchases from the Company or indicated (for any reason) its intention so to terminate its relationship or curtail its purchases. (b) Each supplier from whom the Company purchased in excess of 5% of the Company's purchases of goods or services during the twelve months ended on the Balance Sheet Date will be made available to Buyer pursuant to Section 8.04 hereof, and since that date no such supplier has terminated its relationship with or adversely curtailed its accommodations, sales or services to the Company or indicated (for any reason) its intention to terminate such relationship or curtail its accommodations, sales or services.
